Return and Exchange Policy
At SAINT MERCURY, every piece is designed to be worn religiously — and we want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of your delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Include all original packaging (including the SAINT MERCURY keepsake pouch)
- Be returned at the customer’s expense (unless faulty)
- Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please:

Submit your return as normal

Once your return is received, we will issue a refund

You may then place a new order for the item you prefer
This ensures faster processing and better availability across our collections.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A description of the issue

Clear photos or videos
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note: the following are not considered faults:

Tarnishing caused by exposure to water, sweat, chemicals, or improper care

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by dropping, bending, or improper use
RETURNED TO SENDER
If your order cannot be delivered and is returned to us:

You are entitled to a refund for the price of the products ordered (excluding the postage paid)

If you would like the package resent, you will be responsible for additional postage costs

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Return your item using a trackable shipping method

Refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
